About us

Our History

The Springville Café' was built in 1945. The structure is classified as a National Historic Building and is located in a National Historic District. The Café was originally built by the Millner Family and named the Millner Café'. Through years the restaurant has changed owners and names six times. The Springville Café was purchased on May 3, 1995 from Wayne and Bessey Simmons. The Simmons family had owned and operated Granny's Restaurant (former name) for 15 years. This restaurant represents true historic status, due to the fact that is has not closed its doors since it was opened by the Millner Family in 1945.

Who we are now

The Springville Café has come a long way since the day we first opened our doors. When John and Tina Baran bought the Springville Café they envision a place where people would bring their families and enjoy the atmosphere and the good food. Although a lot has changed over the years, some things will always stay the same. Good food and good people are a staple at the Café. The quality and care we put into our food is not only in our motto its a way of life.
